The only difference I can see here is that the standard body of all standard bodies, the <a href="http://www.w3.org" target="_blank" title="W3C">W3C</a> is viewed as a major culprit (one commenter suggests that the W3C stop producing <a href="http://www.linuxworld.com/community/?q=node/1768" target="_blank">useless no-hoper standards</a>).Time will tell. </p>
